I wake each morning starting each day with one mantra, “what can I do today to help make the online world a better place.”
Having spent more than a decade, virtually 24/7, helping folks build websites, and a customer service and security oriented website hosting business, it dawned on me late-2008 that I could use those same skills to help people whose websites have been hacked.
I bring to the table over fifteen years of website hosting support experience (since 1996); the ability to quickly unpuzzle complicated website issues, and enjoy explaining complicated web hosting related jargon without the technobabble.
The digging into and figuring out how a website was compromised is my idea of fun. Some people like solving crossword puzzles. I enjoy un-hacking websites. It’s what I do.
