Managed WordPress services
When your WordPress site matters, you need someone who knows what to check next.
My name is Jim Walker, and my goal is to help business owners keep their WordPress websites updated, backed up, secure, and working properly. With my WordPress management service, you get a real person instead of a faceless agency or an automated service.
My promise is simple: practical WordPress help, security awareness, and a real person to call when something looks wrong.

Managed WordPress service for $14.95 a month
That is about $3.75 a week for help with updates, monitoring, backups, and the general health of your WordPress website.
Questions WordPress website owners often ask us
“Should I install this update?”
Updates are important. So is knowing what to back up, what to watch, and what to do if the site changes afterward.
“Why is Google showing something strange?”
A search problem may be a settings problem. It may also point to an injected page, redirect, or other security issue.
“What happens if this site breaks?”
A backup is only useful if it exists, is available, and can actually help when the situation is urgent.
What I do
I focus on real WordPress problems
Monitor and manage
I monitor for malware, required updates, uptime problems, and suspicious file changes. I manage WordPress core and plugin updates.
with managed service
Backups and recovery preparation
I maintain cloud backups of your database and website files so recovery is not based on wishful thinking.
with managed service
WordPress migration
I can move up to two WordPress installations to a new host or staging site with as little disruption as possible.
Security review
I review the WordPress installation and user-management process, then recommend practical hardening steps.
SEO security review and updates
I review hosting and Google-related settings for suspicious SEO activity, indexing problems, and changes that may affect the search listing. I provide a report of the work performed.
SSL configuration
I configure HTTPS and help Google Search Console recognize the secure URL.
Updates, backups, plugins, speed, and troubleshooting
I provide hands-on help with WordPress updates, daily backup setup, iThemes Security or Wordfence configuration, loading problems, and general troubleshooting.
What My Work Looks Like in Practice
When an Update Isn’t the Whole Story
A WordPress site can crash or go blank right after a plugin update, but the update itself isn’t always the culprit. Instead of panicking, replacing files blindly, or rushing to restore an old backup, my process starts with systematic isolation: turning off plugins, checking for hidden mu-plugins, clearing out caching layers, and testing the site at each step. Find the actual cause first; fix it second.
When Search Trouble Points Somewhere Else
If your traffic suddenly drops or Google flags your site, it’s rarely just a content glitch. In one case, a client had ten websites compromised at once, with one of them landing squarely on Google’s blacklist. I jumped on it immediately, kept the client informed every step of the way, cleaned up the mess, and locked things down. Within 24 hours, Google gave them a clean bill of health and removed the blacklist warning.
Why Picking Up the Phone Matters
When a site gets hacked, most people expect to be tossed into a faceless ticketing system or handed an automated response. One customer reached out expecting just that, but instead, I actually answered the phone, listened to what was happening, and walked them through immediate triage steps before we even signed an agreement. That direct, human response is why they trusted me to keep their sites safe long-term.
Often asked WordPress services questions
Do I need to move my website to a new host?
No. I can manage the general health of your WordPress website at the web host you choose.
What if my site has been hacked?
Call me as soon as you notice suspicious behavior. Covered HackGuard customers may have HackRepair.com cleanup included. Confirm the current offer and its conditions before purchase.
Can you manage more than one WordPress site?
Yes. I offer a discount for ten or more WordPress installations.
Can you guarantee better rankings or AI search visibility?
No responsible service can guarantee a search engine’s rankings or an AI system’s answer. I can review the WordPress, security, and search foundations that you can control.
